Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr. is supporting Humanity & Inclusion's Teacher Kids campaign to draw public attention to the need to make schools accessible to children with disabilities.
The Teacher Kids initiative, part of HI's #school4all campaign, aims to show that children with disabilities have talents and abilities to share and why it’s vital to help them access school and build a future for themselves.
A digital school that’s open to all, the teacherkids.org website aims to highlight these talents. Children and their parents are asked to share a video in which the children teach others something that they know how to do.
Neymar Jr. shows how we can all learn from children with disabilities
The Teacher Kids initiative was launched with support from Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr. By taking the role of a student and learning sign language, origami, dance and relaxation techniques, Neymar Jr. wants to show the world how we can all learn from children with disabilities.
This makes Neymar Jr. the first Teacher Kids student.
