What is Superhero Tri?
Big, bold and gutsy, Superhero Tri is an exciting disability sports event in the beautiful surrounds of Eton Dorney Lake in Buckinghamshire. The event is for anyone that considers themselves to have a disability as well as their friends and family.
The fun and inclusive challenges throw out cut-off times and equipment restrictions to make sure everybody has the best time possible. The emphasis is very much on fun so masks, capes and pants over tights are definitely the order of the day.

A swim, cycle, and a push or run
The Superhero Tri is a swim, cycle, and push/run triathlon. There are three missions available and you choose whichever one you want to do:
- Sprint Superhero Tri: 150m swim, 3k cycle, 1km push/run
- Half Superhero Tri: 400m swim, 10k cycle, 2.5km push/run
- Full Superhero Tri: 750m swim, 20k cycle, 5km push/run

Team up, grab a sidekick, or fly solo
There are three ways for Superheroes to take part:
Team up: Why not join forces with family and friends to do a stage each. Anyone can enter as long as at least one person on the team considers themselves to have a disability. Perfect for those who might smash one or two stages but the last is like a big lump of Kryptonite.
Grab a Sidekick: Be part of the world’s only dedicated mass participation Sidekick Triathlon event. This race is a unique chance to power your Superhero around the entire course. Prepare to tow them in the water and pull and push them around the bike and push/run sections. Both of you will be sure to receive a hero's welcome when you cross the finish line.
Fly Solo: This is for those that want to see a mission through from start to finish. But 'flying solo' doesn't mean you have to do it all alone. Every Superhero is welcome to bring a trusty Sidekick to accompany them for one or more of the triathlon stages if they wish.
